English term or phrase: spokesorganisation
I'm looking for the equivalent of a spokesperson, when referring to an organization.

My sentence reads:
"We hereby announce the establishment of our regional office in [city], which will be the main [insert word for spokesorganisation] and legal representative of our company in [country]."

Is there such a word? I don't think "mouthpiece" fits here.

Explanation:
Hi Nesrin

just some ideas that might start the ball rolling, I can't think (or find) one word for 'spokes office' so you may need to describe rather than translate:

main voice for
public relations office
communications office
public face of

hope this helps

"spokesorganisation"
spokesorganisation, spokes-organisation, spokes-organization, spokesorganization

Explanation:
All of these are used. I wouldn't choose a hyphenated form, however, since setting off "spokes" that way seems to denote "spokes" rather than "speaker" or "speech".

The term isn't as widely used as spokesperson, for usre, but it's definitely used, so feel free to go forward with it!

If you continue to have doubts, Lucy's suggestions are all good. Also, "publicity organization", "mouthpiece organization", "advocacy organization" (or -sation), "public voice", etc.

You could also say 'public relations office' (although PR has acquired a bit of a negative connotation these days)

Representative office

Explanation:
That's all it is; I worked in one once, and it was called a "General Agency".
