subject to annual statutory indexation

I agree with Brian's explanation (see answer above) but I think this wording fits your context better.

Peer comment(s):

neutral Brian Quigley : Good answer. However, "subject to" implies "maybe" and "statutory indexation" while accurate does not refer to the specific legal term "alimony index".

Hi Brian, not sure if I agree. 'Subject to' simply means (here) that the amount stated applies at the time but will change in subsequent years due to annual statutory indexation. This is precisely what 'met indexbinding' means in the given context.
agree Tina Vonhof (X) : There is no "maybe" in 'subject to' together with 'statutory'.

Indeed :-).
agree philgoddard : I think this is more elegant than BQuigley's answer, and avoids repeating 'alimony'. But I don't think 'annual' is necessary.//Indexation is almost always annual, and it doesn't say annual in the Dutch.

Thank you, Phil. As to leaving out 'annual', I'm not sure if this is a good idea as it would leave the indexation interval involved open for interpretation.

with alimony index

When you divorce in the Netherlands, you receive alimony tied to the alimony index. Specifically, the government sets a rate each year and the alimony paid is increased by that percentage.
