It's already Christmas!

I've been dreaming of such a tool for some time now.

I wanted to access GenAI for specific steps in the translation workflow from any Windows-based application.

I had planned to spend some time in the coming weeks to look into how to create such an AHK script, but with this tool now available, it will definitely save me much needed time.

I will now have a closer look at it and tweak it to my own requirements.

adding menu items with custom prompts with different chatGPT models ('gpt-4-1106-preview', etc.) Dec 29, 2023

I've been playing with this a little more and realises it's easy to add custom prompts, each using different chatGPT models.

e.g., I have separate menu items to translate Dutch text into English using various models, such as:

• gpt-3.5-turbo
• gpt-4-1106-preview

I just made two improvements to the script Dec 29, 2023

1. Have the text generated/translated by ChatGPT automatically copied to your clipboard
2. Close the pop-up window with the Escape key

Yeah, I am experimenting with various ChatGPT models. For regular use, "gpt-4-1106-preview" is often too slow, but not for occasionally using it to research terms. Perhaps I'll use a faster model (3.5 turbo) for translation and the fast one for other stuff. See: https://platform.openai.com/docs/models
