Same Scam Now Spanish to English Nov 8, 2023

I just received this scam this morning. Now, he is sending the document to be translated from Spanish to English. Its title is now "PRODUCCIÓN DE GRANJAS ORGÁNICAS AL RANGO LIBRE PARA EL PROPÓSITO DEL PROGRAMA DE EMPODERAMIENTO COMUNITARIO / CONFERENCIA SOBRE LA PRODUCCIÓN DE GRANJAS" Por Carie Hasselman. I guess he is using MT or AI now?

Same scam email received today Nov 8, 2023

I received the same scam this morning from the same email (gideonsimeon3012@outlook.com). Thankfully I found this thread from a quick google search and blocked them.

Frankly, I can't help wondering why so many allegedly educated and sensible specialists often fall easy prey when it comes to sensitive/personal topics like 'human rights', 'charity',' religion', and 'quackery alternatives', stopping the common sense and critical thinking. So I'm glad there're still those who do think and double-check)


Well, scammers are not stupid - they adapt to their 'target audience': they know that asking for a translation of Pol-Pot's collected works will hardly elicit the same kind of blind enthusiasm ... blind enough to skip basic due diligence.
