Will you be joining us for the Sightseeing and Photo Tour? We’ll meet up at 05:00 pm in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele (3 minutes walking distance from the Central Railway Station).

For those of you who have confirmed attending the pre-conference Powwow, we’ll meet at Ristorante Il Turista Piazza Arcivescovado 17 at 08:00 pm (less than five minutes walking distance from Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower).

Registration starts at 08:30 am at Hotel Abitalia Tower Plaza, Via Caduti del Lavoro, 46 - 56121 Pisa http://www.abitaliatowerplaza.it/

The opening Ceremony starts at 09:30 am.

Wi-fi will be available for all attendees. The Twitter hashtag is #PisaConf !

For those of you who have confirmed attending the Gala Dinner, the venue is Hotel San Ranieri, Via Filippo Mazzei n.2 http://www.sanranierihotel.com/ Pre-dinner drinks served in the garden at 08:30 pm. There is no special dress code, but don’t forget to wear your best smile for our photographer!

The first sessions on Sunday start at 09:00 am. Group picture is at 11:00 am, right after the coffee break
