Search behavior and case matching

See attached image.

Basically, search seems to be set to Match Case permanently and as you can see the Match Case function is blocked. I'm not sure what I did might have tweaked this setting and would appreciate any help on this matter.

As you can see "Match Case" is greyed out.

Hi Lincoln, you have to deselect "Use regular expressions", it seems: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/memoQ/conversations/topics/44579
