How to Create Segment rules in Memoq using of spaces in MemoQ

The sentence is "العربية إلى الإنجليزية إلى العربية"

i want to split the segment like below

العربية
إلى
الإنجليزية
إلى
العربية

how to create segment rules using of space.

Please help me in this regard.
