Simple iOS drawing app that offers filling and text

I’m looking for a *very simple* iOS drawing app for the iPhone that offers filling of closed line objects with colour and optional inserting text.

Any suggestions?

...is good on iPad, and there's an iPhone version.

(It's not simple (has layers etc), but doing what you describe is simple.)

Thanks, Joakim, but Graphic is still too complex for my purposes. I'm looking for the iOS equivalent of the great macOS app Paintbrush (more or less the equivalent of Microsoft's Paintbrush that comes with every version of Windows):

Manually drawn outline, fill it with one or two clicks - Graphic can do that.
