Los Acuerdos de reconocimiento de deuda espejo procedente de la segregación incluyen determinados contratos de permuta de tipos de interés, que se registraron como cobertura contable de determinados préstamos también incluidos en dichos acuerdos.


I believe this concept refers to the situation where, in financial restructuring, a new company is created which then takes on the debt of the parent company but I am not sure how this term can be translated into English.
