Anna has also posted this question under English to Polish, and the word "dezepitelizata" under Romanian to English. I think this English-English question, written in Polish, may be a mistake.

https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/medical-genera... (although this is a Spanish to English question, most of the relevant parts are in English). According to one peer's review, "de-epithelialized" meaning "skinless". Note carefully in this entry that there is a discrepancy in spelling (& yours), and whether it is "deepithelize"/("de-epithelize") - with a hyphen OR "de-epithelialized".

The other point is I am not sure if you need Polish (which I do not speak or understand) or whether is is an English explanation of the term. But please note the discrepancies in spelling. Hope this helps.
