Het gaat hier volgens mij om (optie)rechten die onafhankelijk van andere (optie)rechten - dus niet gekoppeld aan of in combinatie met andere (optierechten) -
zijn toegekend. Ik weet niet of hier een 'officiële' term voor bestaat, maar 'opzichzelfstaande rechten' lijkt me ook duidelijk genoeg.
