In uno delle tabelle del prospetto finanziario per la valutazione e la rivalutazione dei lotti tra le varie voci trovo "conservatief berekend".

"Calcolo conservativo" da parecchi riscontri, come anche "stima conservativa", o sono 2 cose diverse ? Come dice l'italiano ? Avrei bisogno del termine esatto in questo contesto specifico, grz !

Sembra proprio (secondo l'eurodicautom e google) questo il termine corretto. "Stima" però non è sinonimo di "calcolo".

Secondo me, "calcolo conservativo" è sinonimo di "calcolo secondo i criteri minimi accettabili/ipotizzabili", ovvero "non tenendo conto delle circostanze che si sovvrappongono ai fattori 'sicuri', in qualche modo invariabili"... --) e perciò 'conservatori'
