@Albert: Jurlex is a useful but by no means perfect translation aid. I don't regard it as 'the Holy Bible'. The Du > En Van Dale teems with errors, yet it is still a tool to help you find the right word using your native speaker instinct and know-how.

Motion for the court, based on section 843a of the

Netherlands Code of Civil Procedure, regarding the action to submit exhibits (See Jurlex)
Peer comment(s):

disagree Albert Stufkens : The element of "incidenteel" is missing/ It is worrisome that V.d. End's Jurilex tends to be regarded as the Holy Bible. He was a colleague and only diligently collected translated terms. His glossaries are therefore subject to the same defects as Kudoz.

Your comment is superfluous. See p. 573 of The Legal Lexicon by A. van den End (3rd edition). "Incidenteel" IS NOT TRANSLATED AS SUCH. For instance "incidentele eis"=claim on a procedural matter;'incidentele conclusie van eis in vrijwaring=3rd party claim

'Incidenteel' refers to an 'incident' = an intervening dispute which holds up the main proceedings.
'Exhibitie' = producing evidence, particularly documents

Peer comment(s):

disagree jarry (X) : Your suggested answer is unconvincing (translated Dutch) and unnecessarily verbose. I have been aware for sometime that we are dealing with Dutch law and the legal system of the Netherlands.

We are dealing with the Dutch law system! Certain peculiarities should not be glossed over!
