attenderingscollectie > notification collection (as per NEN's website)
attenderingsnormen > standards in the notification collection

Basically, as Michael already explained, this all seems to be about some kind of 'update notification service' offered by NEN to which individuals/companies can subscribe so they will be kept updated on changes in the standards of their choice ('attenderingsnormen') which are included in their personal/customised 'attenderingscollectie'.

the "Attenderingsnormen" section on their website seems to refer to: how many standards in your collection are subject to the notification feature

indeed, sth like 'Standards in the Notification Collection' would work fine imo (better than sth cryptic like "notification standards", which is just making things weirder and weirder for the casual reader)

no, I don't think it is about being able to comment on the standards (although this might also be possible in the system). users are able to buy collections of different NEN standards (I bought one years ago as reference material to something I was translating), and they can be notified if and when these standards change.

yes alert/notification fit well, but it's difficult to make it into a normal-sounding adjective... 'Notification collection', OK, but what about 'Notification Standards'?

you have to start with defining ' collectie'. It's about being able to post your own opinion on some kind of set rules? "Iedereen met toegang tot het systeem mag commentaar indienen. De enige verplichting die wij van u vragen is dat u bij uw commentaar ook een tegenvoorstel indient. U kunt ook het commentaar van andere commentaargevers inzien en daarop reageren.

I'd probably go with "notification collection" as per Moira's suggestion.

so a "attenderingscollectie" is:

a type of NEN standards collection, where you are alerted (automatically?) re any changes in your standard collection.

so in a sense, the cryptic "notification collection" on the website is as cryptic as the Dutch, but not necessarily wrong.
