Songs? Jun 25, 2012

Aldrea is speaking about spoken languages.
I am now interested in singing. I find singing is like another language that needs tremendous training. I feel like singing and new songs in compensation for many dying languages. An evolution of mankind and culture among technology progress (e.g. through Internet, YouTube, karaoke, keyboard music, CD, DVD etc.)

Unfortunately we can't stop globalisation from taking place, and with that all the native languages will slowly disappear.

Thus we should support as much those systems/places that tries to retain this knowledge, like http://www.languagemuseum.org/languagesoftheworld.html for example
