Problem with tags

Version number: 6.5.5.438
On closing the segment TagEditor warns, that there is one tag to many. But I cannot delete any tags, because they are protected.
When I remove the protection for internal tags I can delete them, but from now on I get always a warning when closing a section, that there is at least one tag too much, though there is exactly the same number and kind of tags as in the source-segment.
Is this a known bug?

I have such as problem. I simply copy/paste text between tag's symbols, all spare tags remain at the start or at the end of the text.
It's possible there is the best solve, I do not know it.
