Собственно, вопрос уже прозвучал. Один клиент уже несколько лет поручает мне такую работу, но как мне указать в профиле мою новую field of expertise/specialty field? ИТ? Телекоммуникации? Computers: systems, networking? Заранее спасибо за помощь.

Я бы указал просто ИТ. А вообще похоже, что пора потыкать палочкой в персонал сайта, чтобы они добавили локализацию как отдельную область специализации.
