El Fideicomitente deberá mantener una cobertura de cobranza proyectada de principal e intereses de todos los créditos cedidos que cumplan con los Criterios de Elegibilidad que formen parte del Fideicomiso, dividido entre el monto del principal de todos los préstamos más los intereses proyectados a vencimiento, mayor al múltiplo que determine el Comité de Crédito del Acreedor y sujeto a ser modificado, por parte del Acreedor, dependiendo del comportamiento de los Activos Elegibles cedidos al Fideicomiso.
