Purpose of the Partnership. The purpose and business of the Partnership shall be to engage in any lawful business activity agreed to by the members with a view to profit and to conduct such other activities as may be necessary or appropriate to promote the business of the Partnership provided any activity requiring a license, permit or government authority to carry on such activity shall be obtained prior to carrying out such activity. The Partnership may exercise all the powers and privileges either granted or limited by the Act.
