6. Out of Pocket Expenses (OOP): It is usual to agree an amount, raise the purchase order and reconcile with actuals. Please insert preferred method here.

7. Third Party Pass Through Costs (and payment terms) : examples could be billboard production costs. Please ensure that there are no mark ups to manage these costs.

Payment will be made in twelve (12) monthly increments and subject to agree payment terms.
