仮受領書を作成する
質問したにもかかわらず返答が遅くなってすみません。Expected Receiptはここでは受領書の前段階のことを指しているのだと思いますが、あまり良い訳が思いつきませんでした。日本語でいう仮受領書は実際に提出されるものなので、実質的には少し異なると思いますが・・・
Expected Receiptが納期や受取日を指す事もありますが、この文脈では少し違うように思えます。

: 随分遅ればせの post ですが、おっしゃっていることに近いと思いました。これは請求書の場合ですが、私個人の経験ですと英国内のある翻訳会社とのやり取りで、正式の請求書発行前に proforma invoice というのを毎回発行していただきます。これは確定前に内容に不備がないかを確認するための仮請求書ともいえるものですが、正式に確定する以前の受領書ということでも文脈からは筋が通るように思われました。おそらくシステム上の類似処理であるのかも知れません。-

上記の文は発注の章ですが、主にexpected receiptが出てくるのは、発送と受取の章です。以下のように記載されています。よろしくお願いします。
The system creates an expected receipt when a purchase order line is committed and the receipt expected option is set to Yes or when pertinent information on a committed purchase order line is changed.
The system also creates expected receipt when an intersite order is entered or when pertinent information on an intersite order changes.
The Receipts form enables you to match actual receipts with expectations.
