German term
RM-nahe Anästhesie
German to English
Medical
Medical (general)
This just appears in a list of potential adverse events from anesthesia on a medical form. I haven't found any good solutions for RM, even though it seems to be a relatively common term.

spinal anaesthesia
"Spinal anaesthesia (or spinal anesthesia), also called spinal block, subarachnoid block, intradural block and intrathecal block is a form of neuraxial regional anaesthesia ..."

... considering uyuni's comment
"neuraxial anesthesia"
would be even more precise, e.g. see
