2. Penetración. Debe de ser tal que se vea por detrás de la silueta cardiaca las AP. CV solo hasta T4. Si hay poca penetración se le denomina placa blanda, o si hay mucha penetración, placa dura

True, but the description seems to fit a PA X-ray which is the most common position (and therefore not specified) and the concept of penetration is used to assess chest X-ray quality.
