Local Dispense Modes:
The system shall support the following dispensing modes:
Full Container Dispense
The system releases the source container to the production batch for consumption.
The whole source container is released to the production batch.

Required material is dispensed and consumed by the batch.
Any remaining material is physically transferred to a new target container and held in local staging.
Target Container Dispense
This mode is used to deliver material from a target container.
Required material is dispensed from a source container to a target container in the dispensing process.
