Dutch to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Tunnel drilling/construction
This term is used a the start of many bullet points in a technical specification (for a bored tunnel).

Typical examples:

Bind-­001 NEN-EN 1990 (Eurocode: Grondslagen van het constructief ontwerp) Bind-­002 Richtlijnen Ontwerpen Kunstwerken Bind-­003 NEN 9997-­1 (Geotechnisch ontwerp van constructies -­ Deel 1: Algemene regels)

This is an expression that I have not come across anywhere else in previous translations and currently it has me foxed. Any ideas?

Phil, most of the sections in which this appears are always headed by 'Document' and for the rest always appears like the samples given. I wouldn't disagree with your last point although 'you never know'. Experience has taught me that in general answers on TC are often (but not always) more reliable/professional than on this forum.
