It would seem like the most simple term to find, but I have nearly given up.
Is it 'landing page'?

My text is about a website and in one document it appears only once (the website also has a separate Homepage)

In a second document (same website), it appears in a sentence: Uw advertentie verschijnt op de aanbodpagina. Al onze gebruikers ontvangen bericht van uw advertentie.

At this point, I lean the most towards Marijke's suggestion of an Advert Page. It actually covers both bases: the companies that want to rent their vacant lab space and parties that are looking for a space. Both are allowed to place an advert on the site.

Thank you all for the input and sorry for not being responsive (drowned in work). This job is only due on Monday so still time to consider. To be more specific, this site offers labs for rent and accepts search queries from people who are looking to rent labs. Maybe that gives a better picture of what aanbodpagina is used for here.

Katerina, it is not products page. It is a page where parties can place an ad for renting premises or post a search query for a premises they need. They have to pay for the ad.

It probably means "for sale page". But we need some more context, please. What is this about, what does the first instance of the word say, and could we have a bit more of the surrounding text in both cases?

Actually, it can be called "listings" for various products, like antiques for sale, etc.

Hi Bracha! If it's in an advertising context in which they're offering products, I don't see that you need to make it any more complicated and turn it into some special IT term. It's not a landing page. Plenty of google hits.
