In a PPT presentation, there is the phrase
実行すべきイニシアティブを納得させ腹落ちさせる

in a section talking about how to go about transforming the organization.

Any help would be appreciated!

If 納得 is to "fully understand", then 腹落 would be to "identify with" the key concepts (initiatives).

As in:
the teacher should state the lesson objective very clearly before each learning experience so that students see a purpose for the activity and identify with the goal of the lesson.

I think this is coined by the author, or a msitake. But I am pretty sure that it comes from 腑に落ちる(almost always used in negative: 腑に落ちない don't understand, can't figure out, can't share (the idea)...) 腑 means internal organs, or center of 腹. Maybe because 腑に落ちない is hardly used in a positive form, but the author wanted to use it as positive, he coined the word, 腹落ち, to mean to let them understand from their heart (stomach!).
