Brontekst - Engels In 1968 the journal Art International published a brief article by Lucy Lippard and James Chandler entitled ‘The Dematerialization of Art’. The article was an attempt to characterize the emerging principles of conceptual art and thus reflect, in the authors’ own words, on how ‘the anti-intellectual, emotional intuitive processes of art-making characteristic of the last two decades had begun to give way to an ultra-conceptual art that emphasizes the thinking process almost exclusively’. ‘Conceptual art,’ as Lippard would later write, ‘means work in which the idea is paramount and the material form is secondary, lightweight, ephemeral, cheap, unpretentious, and/or “dematerialized”’. ‘In conceptual art,’ added Sol LeWitt, ‘the idea or concept is the most important aspect of the work … When an artist uses a conceptual form of art, it means that all of the planning and decisions are made beforehand and the execution is a perfunctory affair. The idea becomes a machine that makes the art.’ Of course, the origin and nature of conceptual practice was itself a source of considerable controversy and debate. To historicize the conceptual art of the late 1960s and early 1970s would require a ‘clarification of the wide range of often conflicting positions and the mutually exclusive types of investigation that were generated during this period’. Regardless, however, of such complexities, it was widely accepted at the time that many artists had lost interest in a resolutely phenomenological basis for the work of art. For Lippard and Chandler, such a trend heralded a ‘profound dematerialization of art, especially of art as object’.
If ‘dematerialization’ was seen by some artists and critics as an inaccurate term, it nevertheless came to represent a whole series of conceptual procedures collectively characterized by their de-emphasis on materiality. Such an approach not only proffered a trenchant critique of modernist conventions of pictorial and sculptural representation but also insisted on a different relationship between form and content. As LeWitt proclaimed, from now on the aim of the artist, "would be to give viewers information…He [sic] would follow his predetermined premise to its conclusion avoiding subjectivity. Chance, taste, or unconsciously remembered forms would play no part in the outcome. The serial artist does not attempt to produce a beautiful or mysterious object but functions merely as a clerk cataloguing the results of his premise."

"No, and such recommendations would not help us any further. This is because in that way we would only get mired in a superficial conversation about the content quality of the supply; however, it is better to avoid that. On the other hand, you do not need to look for very long: you can quickly find five studies which show you how good watching television is for children, allegedly.
In contrast to this, however, another five studies will prove that TV is bad. This discussion is completely useless for parents. I do not talk about content, I approach the question from much further away.
A few years ago, we neurobiologists still thought that the genetic programs automatically set up all connections in the brain. Therefore, the complex neuronal networks, which direct the ways we think, feel, act, were thought to be genetically programmed. It is now known, however, that in the long run, only those relationships are created in the child's mind which are regularly activated in real life. What is not used, withers away. The genetic programs ensure that at first large surpluses of neuron-links get created.
For the creation of the most important neuronal circuits in the brain, children need to experience their own bodies first of all. And this is not acquired sitting before the screen independently of what goes on on TV.

"Only those can fully develop their cognitive abilities in whom the appropriate feelings of their own bodies mature. There already exist studies which prove that those young children who are good at mathematics, are especially capable of balancing too. One obtains the capabilities necessary for three-dimensional and abstract thinking and for mathematics that he learns to keep his body in balance. As a child is sitting in front of the tv, he no longer feels his body. He does not climb, does not jump, does not balance, or does not climb a tree, i.e. he does not pass the time by learning his body.

Brontekst - Engels 6.1 The EWC meets before and after the joint meetings as is stipulated in article 7.2 of the Agreement.
6.2 A regular EWC-meeting may be held only and valid resolutions may be passed only if a majority of the EWC-members and a majority of the countries represented in the EWC are present.
6.3 The Select Committee by means of a written notice will convene the meetings. Such convening notice will be given at least 30 days before the day of the meeting, except in the case of additional meetings as referred to in article 7.3 of the Agreement.
6.4 The Select Committee of the EWC is responsible for setting the agenda and making the report of the internal EWC-meetings. The agenda will be put forward, 15 days before the meeting, to the EWC-members and the workforce.
6.5 Draft minutes of the joint meetings, which, in accordance with article 7.7 of the Agreement, are sent to and checked by the Select Committee, will be sent to the EWC for approval. The EWC is given 2 weeks for approval. Without any opposition within this time period the minutes are considered definite and will be distributed among the employees as described in article 7.7 of the Agreement.
6.6 The chairman of the EWC will chair the EWC-meetings. If he is absent the vice chair will chairs the meeting.
7. Decision-making
7.1 The EWC will decide by a simple majority of the votes cast. Blank votes will be regarded as not having been cast.
7.2 Votes on business matters will be taken by a show of hands, unless one of the members present requires a secret ballot.
Votes on persons will be taken by a secret ballot.
7.3 If in an election of persons none of the candidates receives a simple majority of votes at the first ballot, a second vote will be taken between the two candidates who received the largest number of votes at the first ballot. The person who receives the largest number of votes at this second ballot will be elected. If after the second revote still no candidate can be elected, the case is decided by the lot.

7. Döntéshozatal
7.1 Az EÜT a leadott szavazatok egyszerű többségével dönt. Az érvénytelen szavazatokat úgy kell tekinteni, mintha nem adták volna le.
7.2 Üzleti kérdésekben a szavazás kézfelemeléssel történik, kivéve ha egy jelenlévő tag titkos szavazást kíván.
A személyeket érintő szavazás titkos szavazással történik.
7.3 Amennyiben egy személyeket érintő választás során egyik jelölt sem kapja meg a szavazatok egyszerű többségét az első fordulóban, akkor egy második szavazásra kerül sor az első fordulóban legtöbb szavazatot kapott két jelölt között. Az a személy kerül megválasztásra, aki a legtöbb szavazatot kapja ebben a második fordulóban. The hideous and revolting actions of our hero, with the honourable name of Leopold Hundertwasser, fell into oblivion not for the reason that he was less conceited, wicked or lecherous than other criminals of his time. To the contrary. Probably, there has never been a more heinous figure in the history of Austria. The reason why his work has disappeared without a trace is that the imprint of his unrivalled genius, which he took down in his scores, have been burnt as proof of his musical heresy. Leopold's contemporaries, Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven were bright comets of classical music, while he went completely unnoticed.
In the 18th century, classicism made the city of Vienna the centre of the bustling musical life. Operas, ballet evenings, musical comedies, fancy-dress balls, fireworks, musical trips and summer-night serenades all provided myriads of occasions for ecstatic music making. Het preventief onderhoud wordt 2 maal per jaar uitgevoerd, Het wordt bij het bestuur aangekondigd minimaal 20 dagen voor de aanvang van de onderhoudswerken door middel van een fax of email en telefonisch bevestiging
Deze aankondiging bevat de planning voor het uitvoeren van de preventieve onderhoudswerken.
Minimaal 10 dagen voor geplande aanvang van de onderhoudswerken bevestigd het bestuur de voorgestelde planning.
Tijdens het preventief onderhoud wordt er per installatie een onderhoudsfiche ingevuld. Deze fiche is een checklist waar alle te gebeuren acties op vermeld staan, deze onderhoudsacties worden afgevinkt eventuele opmerkingen worden op dit verslag vermeld samen met de datum het uur en de uitvoerder van het preventief onderhoud.
Na de preventieve onderhoudsronde worden deze formulieren gebundeld en in een onderhoudsdatabase ingegeven. Deze database genereert een aantal rapporten die worden overgemaakt aan het bestuur samen met een hard-copy van de onderhoudfiches.

Appendix 1 Description of preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance is to be performed twice a year. This is announced by the management at least 20 days before the beginning of the maintenance work by means of fax or email and is confirmed by phone. This announcement contains the planning for the implementation of the preventive maintenance. At least 10 days before the planned start of the maintenance, the management confirms the proposed planning.
During the preventive maintenance, one maintenance card per installation is to be filled in. This card is a checklist where all necessary actions are listed, these maintenance actions are checked, and any comments are listed on this report along with the date, the hours and the contractor of the preventive maintenance.
After the preventive maintenance work these forms are bound together and filled into a maintenance database. This database generates a number of reports, which will be sent to the management together with a hard copy of the maintenance cards.

Wij volgen de ABU / NBBU cao voor wat betreft het ziekengeld. ... zijn door verantwoordelijk gesteld voor het verder begeleiden van de zieke medewerkers. Wanneer je bent ziek gemeld, bestaat dus de mogelijkheid dat zij een controle uitvoeren. FlexCom4 en Acture kunnen zich in de verzuimbegeleiding en re-integratie laten ondersteunen door een arbodienst.
ZIEKMELDING
Indien je ziek bent, dien je zich persoonlijk, zo vroeg mogelijk en uiterlijk één uur voordat je zou moeten beginnen met werken, je ziek te melden bij jouw contactpersoon van en bij jouw contactpersoon van het bedrijf waar de werkzaamheden verricht zouden worden. Wanneer je in de avonduren of ’s nachts ziek meldt voor de volgende morgen, stuur dan bij voorkeur een SMS of WhatsApp bericht.
Als je tijdens het werk ziek wordt en niet meer kan werken dan meldt je dit bij jouw contactpersoon binnen en bij jouw contactpersoon van het bedrijf waar de werkzaamheden verricht worden.
Niet persoonlijke ziekmeldingen worden niet geaccepteerd, tenzij daarvoor goede redenen zijn.
THUISBLIJVEN
Naar aanleiding van je ziekmelding zal één van onze casemanagers contact met jou opnemen, bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van een telefoongesprek of een huisbezoek. Ook kun je een oproep verwachten voor het spreekuur van de bedrijfsarts waarvoor je beschikbaar dient te zijn. Je bent in ieder geval tot het eerste contact met Acture of Flexcom4 verplicht om tot 18.00 uur thuis te blijven om contact en bezoek mogelijk te maken.
Daarna kun je verplicht gesteld worden om ten hoogste nog twee weken thuis te blijven tot 10.00 uur ‘s morgens en ’s middags tussen 12.00 uur en 14.30 uur.
Als je op een ander adres verblijft, dien je dit direct telefonisch te melden bij de casemanager van .... Slechts in overleg met de casemanager van ... kun je toestemming krijgen om op bepaalde uren uw (verpleeg)adres te verlaten. Indien de casemanager u niet thuis heeft aangetroffen, dan kunnen de kosten van het huisbezoek bij u in rekening gebracht worden.
BEREIKBAARHEID
Om snel het recht op ziekengeld te kunnen bepalen en tot uitbetaling van het ziekengeld over te kunnen gaan is inzicht in het ziekteverzuim noodzakelijk. Er zal regelmatig contact zijn met de zieke uitzendmedewerker. Je doet al het mogelijke om mee te werken aan het herstel. Ook aan een oproep om bij de bedrijfsarts van onze arbodienst te komen dient direct gevolg gegeven te worden. In verband met de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter is het belangrijk intensief contact en overleg mogelijk te maken.

Mindenesetre Önnek először az ...-el kell először felvennie a kapcsolatot, és kötelezően este 18 óráig otthon kell tartózkodnia, hogy a kapcsolatfelvétel vagy látogatás lehetséges legyen.
Ezután kötelezhető arra, hogy legfeljebb még két hétig délelőtt 10 óráig, valamint délután 12 és 14 óra 30 között otthon tartózkodjon.

A beteg kiközvetített munkavállalóval rendszeresen kapcsolatfelvétel történik. Egészsége javulásában a lehetőség szerint együtt kell működnie. Szintén azonnali következményekkel jár, ha felszólítást kap munkaügyi felügyelőségünk háziorvosánál teendő látogatásra. A Tartós munkaképtelenség esetében járó juttatásokra vonatkozó törvénnyel kapcsolatosan fontos az intenzív kapcsolat és konzultáció lehetővé tétele.

I am a native Hungarian teacher of English with an MA, MEd from the university of Budapest, and a CELTA certificate. Although I haven't received specific training directed at translation (to a large part because in the 1970's there weren't any such trainings in Hungary), I did translation during most of my career as an English teacher if there was a need and I had time for it. For a year at the Budapest High School of Economics I even taught translation and Economics for would-be graduates of Economics. Afterwards I received some training and a translator's certificate at the University of Budapest (ELTE).
As I also have an MSc in Geography, that field, along with politics, Economics, Geology and related subjects as Biology and Medicine are my favourite areas. I also received informal training in Law from my ex-wife, a lawyer, early on. I'm also an amateur musician and have written and published a book about singing techniques, so music also features highly on my menu. Pedagogy is one of my most important areas not only because I'm a teacher, but also because I've worked on an English course-book for Hungarians with colleagues under the British Council for a couple of years. I can translate between English and Hungarian both ways about a wide range of other topics as well. My translation of a Hungarian book (called Angela) has been published in English by Amazon (under the title 'The Good, the Bad and the Beast').
As I've been living in the Netherlands for several years and studied the language, I can translate common texts from that language too. I've worked here as a cook, and this is one of those areas I could translate in all directions, also because I am a self-trained cook in my private life as well. I've also worked as a job-coach interpreting between Hungarian industrial workers and Dutch companies. My other areas with respect to Dutch would be geography, history, literature and health-related matters.
