Lucia is a great teacher, she is very clear in explanations and gives useful advice. I tried to connect also tu put questions but my audio did not function yesterday. Anywaw she is also available to help after the webinar and she said to put questions through proz.com support tickets addressed to her.

Ps: the best points it that she analyzes at the webinar good profiles giving suggestions of improvements to anyone.
