PESAT will be managed by a well-qualified and experienced team to deliver the sub-project. A project management team will be set up that includes two project co-managers: one overseeing livelihoods programming and the other enabling environment. This management orientation is considered an ideal mechanism to ensure the integration of the livelihood activities and their pre-conditions and apply the best possible expertise to the sub-project. The Project Field Manager / Livelihood Advisor assumes full responsibility for field operations in addition to WBS 11-0000 and 41-0000 and the Project Manager, Enabling Environment, will be responsible WBS 21-0000 and 31-0000, government relations and communications. These highly experienced individuals will be closely aligned with a Manager of Community Development who will oversee more of the on-the-ground activities and linkages with community institutions. These three roles comprise the senior managers, who are the senior members of the project management committee, which also includes a livelihood coordinator and a community development co-ordinator.
The Senior Management Team shall comprise three well-qualified staff people and the Project Management team will include co-ordinators of both livelihoods and enabling environment. They will have responsibility for managing the day to day operations of that portfolio and the extension staff while their corresponding Manager will address strategic issues, integration of sub-project elements, and other managerial responsibilities.
A number of high-capacity consultants have been secured both from within Aceh and other parts of Indonesia. Their role is primarily capacity building and advising on their area of expertise. Each consultant has been assigned to a team of extension workers of which the consultant will be a member with a role to guide the local staff so that they may develop expertise in that area. Consultants have been selected from Aceh when possible, but all others have experience working in the Acehnese context.
Extension workers and community organisers will be primarily Acehnese, the extension worker have technical skills in their area to which they have been assigned and the Community Organisers with a mandate to facilitate the development process in the communities and build relationships with communities and enterprises. These roles have been articulated based on the successful implementation in SERAP and it is of critical importance to balance the facilitation and relationship role with the technical roles, especially in post-conflict Aceh.

Experience
Years of experience: 15. Registered at ProZ.com: Mar 2010.
I'm a freelance translator from eng-ind and vice versa.
Supporting such proposal, I have a good asset as I've experienced working within the environment sector. Notably, I've worked for Action contre la Faim as a Disaster Risk Reduction Programme Assistant and Field Assessor. During this time, I assumed a variety of duties in preventing and strengthening three areas in Jakarta from flood, such as involved in many group discussions with many stakeholders from communities as well as government officials, conducted training and workshops about flood preparedness, and developed newsletters to be distributed to stakeholders and other NGOs. We've done all the reporting in English and I managed organization's blog in both English and Indonesian.
Apart from Action contre la Faim, I've experienced in communication and translating fields with local NGO from Bali, IDEP Foundation. Basically I managed online media and communication with the online community and agency in developing online and print media to enhance the effect of Earthquake Safe House campaign in Padang and national. Having experience as proofreader at The Jakarta Post made me pay attention to every details of articles including writing style, grammar, and facts as I have to do the final check before the proof is delivered to production.
I've been a freelance translator since 2009. At first I worked for Project Management Unit of BMG MottMacDonald where I translated operation manual and reports for Economic Development Finance Facility project in Aceh. After that, I've been translating for my previous organization as well as several books from Gramedia Publisher and other documents from individual.
I believe that my various experiences show an open and curious personality with adaptive competencies. People that I've been worked with also describe me as a good team player, an easy to adapt and a reliable person to work with.
