Bilingual (NL &EN(UK)) since birth, I hold an LLB in Dutch Law and am an experienced independent translator and writer.
My services are mainly retained by clients working in the legal profession, i.e. (company) attorneys and law firms. Such services include providing translations of pleadings, writs of summons, judgments, etc. in Dutch civil proceedings.
Specialist fields include, e.g. M&A, Corporate Governance, Employment Law, Business Law, Torts, Director's Liability.
I also take on content of a different/more general nature.
Some of the projects I have taken on in this respect include, e.g. university undergraduate programmes, exhibitions, sitcoms, commercial websites.
I employ benchmark CAT software (SDL Trados Studio 2015).
