In masura in care sunt importante pentru firma, patronul poate sa desemneze si alte functii pentru angajat.. Fiind efectuata in mod rezonabil, o modificare a funcţiei pe un termen mai lung sau indefinit,ca de exemplu inlocuirea unui coleg bolnav, ceea ce poate fi rejectat de catre angajat daca aceasta modificare a functiei nu a fost facuta in mod rezonabil.
2. Angajatul are obligatia sa efectueze activitatile planificate precum si activitati secundare, colaterale care reprezinta interes pentru firma si care pot influenta profitul firmei. Este interzis angajatului sa efectueze activitati colaterale care sa il impiedice sa isi exercite functiile de baza (planificate) si care nu aduc profit firmei.
