"Friselina" or "fiselina" (both spellings are found) is a nonwoven synthetic fabric used for various purposes, but especially as an interfacing or interlining.

This name is a Spanish version of "vlieseline" or "fliselina", both trademarks of the German company Freudenberg:

I don't know the difference between the products called vlieseline and fliselina, but the former is more commonly found in English.

Vlieseline is a trademark and it would probably be best to use the name here. Alternatively, since in German it has become a generic name for an interfacing, you could call it that:

"Interfacing is a textile used on the unseen or "wrong" side of fabrics to make an area of a garment more rigid."
