OK, I admit, Sue Simons is absolutely right. "Urbanistic" does not even exist in my Unabridged Webster's. All homepages that mention "urbanistic" have been published in non-English-speaking countries (and that includes Brazil, Antonio). My previous reference was a page from Belgium.
I believe "urban development indices" expresses the idea more precisely.
