Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Day
This is the official translation used by the Israeli government - if you google it you'll find numerous references and explanations. The proper Hebrew name is Yom hazikaron lashoah v'lagvura, although people do tend to refer to it as Yom hashoah

Remembrance is zikaron, shoah is holocaust!!
Thank you, Natalie, for teaching me what shoah means!
Please read my comment again: it says that it's remembrance, not memorial (the latter is yad or zekher in Hebrew). The official name contains the word zikaron (see Sue's answer), which translates into remembrance.
My comment made no mention of shoah or holocaust.
