Pumphosen are apparently known as harem pants (formerly knickerbockers or pantaloons). By Parker they mean parka. I'm just not sure what the Steg (Hosensteg) refers to and can't think straight right now - I'm sure it's something to do with the style of the leg - maybe it just means wide leg?

You are definitely right about retro fashions making a comeback, but then it seems like they always are. Right now it seems that belts (to belt tunics and tops) and scarves are very big - at least here in the US."
