wage rate (for costing purposes)

as with the other question the 'Lohn' here is an hourly wage rate for costing purposes either a) for services provided between departments in the same organisation or b) to use in estimating costs for new contracts/quotes etc

in both cases I would suggest trying to make it clear from the context what is meant and just use 'wage rate (charged to dept. X/used in quoting for job Y etc)

if I had to give a complete translation then for a) maybe 'internal wage rate' and for b) maybe 'contract wage rate'
