It may be better to put in an explanation as oppose to a direct translation in that case. Also note spelling: e-commerce

Business Management and ecommers. So I think business man is probably right, thank you ^o^
If his degree from the Business Academy is in Economics, then Economist will work here. Businessman is very general and covers a wide area. Do you know excatly wwhat his career involved?

More context I am doing a friend a faviour by helping him to translate his CV. He says in his German CV that he is a trained 'Wirtschaftler' as he graduated from a Business Academy. He has since also gotten a career as a 'Kaufmann'. It is these two words: Wirtschaftler, and, Kaufmann; that I need translated. Thank you very much.

They can both mean the above, though Wirtschaftler can also mean Economist. Do you have more context?
