Die Roheisenentschwefelung besteht aus 3 Behandlungsständen inkl. Abschlackmaschinen. Um die Anlagenverfügberkeit zu erhöhen und auf Preisschwankungen der Entschwefelungsmittel flexibel reagieren zu können, wurde die Anlage um eine weitere Einblaslinie für **Fließkalk** erweitert. Seitdem sind eine zusätzliche Co-Injektion mit **Fließkalk**-Magnesium sowie eine Multi-Injektion mit Kalk-Kalziumkarbid-Magnesium möglich.

The limestone is not fluid. It fluidizes the melt to help remove the slag. And fluidization is not turning something into a liquid either. An example of fluidization is when grain is blown through a tube up on the silo, or when you pump sand or mud with a dredger.

opps, wasn't thinking straight, trying to do 2 things at once. Yes lime slurry is used in flue gas desulphurization
