Hi, yes I believe you could use either Retourware / Rücklaufmaterial. The reference I found doesn't appear to have a direct German translation, when I look for the German 'business maps' on SAP the details are currently only in English.
I worked in a pharmaceutical company for many years and we always termed these goods "customer returns".
The link below shows how that SAP systems would term this as customer returns.
