Session means examination session. In France there are two, one of which is on now (June) and is examination session 1. Examination session 2, or resits, take place later in the summer.
So "session" should have the number 1 or 2 beside it or below it.

baccalauréat général [university entrance examination] ([month] session)
I agree with Conor re: session.
However, while all baccalaureates are end of secondary education exams, baccalauréat général is the only one that allows you to start college (very few holders of even baccalauréats professionnels start a higher technical degree).
This is a school transcript and in order to do the student justice, I would highlight that this exam/document is about going to university, especially if this transcript is required by a foreign (i.e. not French) university.
