This term is used when the dentist thinks that the removal of more than one tooth would be beneficial for the patient or when the fixation of artificial denture is required, this operation of 'multiple tooth extraction' is performed.

Another option can be دانت کا بالاجزا اخراج but it is likely to be difficult by some readers, so a long Urdu phrase will have to be used to make the translation easily comprehensible.
