In una ricetta:
Clean 1# rainbow carrots and cut in half lengthwise
Place in a bag with 30g butter, 30g thyme leaves, 50g carrot stock
Non capisco se carrot stock sia il loro brodo vegetale preparato in precedenza e non specificato nella ricetta, le foglie della carota o le listarelle di carote (anche se quest'ultima idea mi sembra poco logica).

Set the pot over medium-high heat and bring it to just under a boil. Once you start to see some bubbling around the edges of the pot and a few wisps of steam on the surface, turn the heat down to medium-low.
