Mir scheint nac Einsicht in eine Vielzahl von Sites mit dem Suchbegriff "web-facing" oder "Webfacing", dass es hier um das von IBM entwickelte rogramm "WebFacing" geht. Das ist offensichtlich ein Programm für Softwareentwickler, das zur "Webfähigmachung" von alten Programmen dient. In diesen Bereich fällt sicher auch der alte Begriff "Web-Schnittstellenerstellung" usw. Wenn das aber eine Ausweitung des IBM-Terms ist, dann würde ich für "Tools zur Web-Schnittstellenerstellung", "Web-Anpassung" oder so etwas plädieren.

Übrigens: "Webbasiert" würde ich hier aus obigen Gründen ausschließen wollen.

browserbasierte Tools

Ich denke, hier geht es um SW ohne fixe GUI. Die Schnittstelle ist ein Browser-Fenster.

weborientierte Tools

da hier das "facing" statt "based" benutzt wird...ein anderer Vorschlag. Da im Orig. schwammig formuliert, kann es alles Mögliche bedeuten und eben MEHR als nur browserbasiert umfassen...hier würde ich nah am Text bleiben...;-)
