C'est une terminologie spécifique aux USA. Dans d'autres pays "trading as". Termium propose "fonctionnant sous le nom de" http://termiumplus.gc.ca/tpv2alpha/alpha-fra.html?lang=fra&i... , mais je ne suis pas sûr du côté "répandu" de cette traduction; (en d'autres termes, il en existe p-ê une meilleure)

Le Dictionnaire de l'anglais juridique (B. Dhuicq et D. Frison) propose "opérant sous le nom de" l'expression semble bien implantée.
C'est une terminologie spécifique aux USA. Dans d'autres pays "trading as".
