'Church Law Committee' klinkt denk ik wat beter. Het gaat namelijk om slechts het gedeelte van de wet dat met de kerk te maken heeft, en daarom zou het mijns inziens beter vertaald zijn als het om 'Church Law' ging. Ook denk ik dat je i.p.v. 'Anglican communion' 'Anglican community' wilt zeggen. 'Communion' gaat namelijk over het Hielig Avondmaal oftewel 'Holy Communion', terwijl 'community' een groepering beduidt zoals de Anglican Church, dat niet noodzakelijk in binnen dezelfde geografische grenzen hoeft te zijn.
