Does anyone what "cove formers" might be in Dutch?

Unfortunately there is not much context. It comes from a test for flooring consultants, in this case for a hospital environment. The question is:

"What are the precautions that should be taken during installation in the areas where standing water might occur?
a) Hot welding of seams and joints
b) Cove formers"
