I am not sure anybody actually uses the Czech translation found at a site referenced below.
Here is at least the English definiton of the gizmo:
Swirl pot - a secondry fuel tank fed by a low pressure pump from the main fuel tank. A high pressure pump then feeds fuel to the engine from the swirl pot. Used in competition cars where conditions may cause the pump in the main fuel tank to be starved, ie when cornering at speed. Keeps a constant flow of fuel available to the engine.

It seems it might be a bigger, meaner relative of \'swirl (combustion) chamber\' = \'vířivá komůrka\'.

It is definitely a secondary fuel tank fed by a pump, not a mere chamber. I used the swirl combustion chamber only as an example of a similar automotive device in the same database ...

nádoba v palivové nádri uklidňující víření paliva
(anti) swirl pot = nádoba v palivové nádri uklidňující víření paliva
swirl chamber = vířivá komůrka
swirl pot = vířivá nádoba
swirl duct = vířivý kanál
it is probably about the fuel tank, but make sure they are not talking about chamber, this is a different stuff.
Next time give more context
