Nell'elenco di un questionario di un'azienda (rivolto ai manager che devono fare colloqui ai dipendenti) si valutano diverse qualità del singolo lavoratore, tra cui: assertività, flessibilità e "Behoeften van de klant"...

Ovviamente, si intende valutare i quanto il dipendente possa rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti, questo l'ho capito, ma serve il termine preciso. La dicitura "esigenze della clientela" non mi piace perché mi sembra che 'clientela' abbia più a che fare con un negozio e non una multinazionale...

Non c'è ( o non mi viene in mente) un termine che non sia cliente ,
anche per le multinazionali viene usato, clientela non ti suona del cliente allora forse lo preferisci.

clientela non ti suona, magari *cliente* lo preferisce, ho paura che non ci sia proprio altro :)

Uitleg:
Non c'è ( o non mi viene in mente) un termine che non sia cliente ,
anche per le multinazionali viene usato, clientela non ti suona del cliente allora forse lo preferisci.
