It is a Dutch word xhich refers to a certain section in a newpaper. In this section, people often ask for a penmate or to swap things with someone else.

The word "zoekertje" comes from "zoeker"="somebody/something which seeks"; the ending "-tje" means small but that should not be taken too serious. The Dutch hang on the "-tje" very liberally without meaning ANYTHING! You could hedge your bets by writing "small/little advertisement".
